The Birth of Joyhand
Joyhand was founded with the idea of providing daily travellers the most cost efficient and convenient way to travel from one destination to the other. When Joyhand was first founded, our eScooters were only strictly available for B2B transactions.
As years go by, our company grows with increased clientele and demand. We were able to take advantage of the cost of manufacture and operations, which allows us to sell eScooters individually at a low cost.
Despite the fact that our scooters have the pricing advantages, we were still reluctant to expand our distribution channels to consumers. The reason being, we believe our B2B sales team were not ready to divide their attention on ‘single-item-purchased’ consumers in the event of inquiries.
So, we decided to work on the weakness. We expanded our family in the sales team and hired a third party to train us on what to expect and how to overcome problems in a B2C business environment and of course, consumer rights. Hence the birth of this online Joyhand Scooter’s eCommerce store!
